By using Vacant Domains ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Vacant Domains provides domain availability information across multiple TLDs. We aggregate data from third-party registrars and update it regularly.
Access requires a one-time payment. "Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the Service, not perpetuity. If we discontinue the Service, your access ends with it.
Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support@vacant.domains if you have concerns.
You may use domain data for your own commercial purposes.
You may not:
Domain availability data is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. A domain shown as available may be taken, and vice versa. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on this data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vacant Domains and Monolayer Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
